Who's Selling APRC to Barrow?

In the thicketh of the night, precisely 11:29pm Thursday night, Gambian time, a line of NPP vehicles were snapshot leaving APRC Rambo Jatta’s house in Bakau. One of the vehicles was numbered “NPP 2.” The other vehicles were KM 0290D, and BJL 5544T double cabin pickup.

Another NPP vehicle with private number BJL0553T Peugeot and a BJL 5099Q with tinted glass were all spotted together at Rambo’s house. A total of eight vehicles were there. Prior, we had been warning loyal APRC supporters to vote Barrow out or reject a any merger with his failing NPP.

We have been telling Gambians that the APRC executives have some Barrow loyalists among them. An executive APRC member did divulge to this editor earlier that the party has some executive members who wanted to sell the party for their selfish interests.

5. Another Foni man was attacked by a Senegalese soldier, his house broken into when his ex-wife called him for a meeting. A Senegalese soldier punched him in his ex-wife’s house and a group of Senegalese soldiers chased him into the bush. He sought refuge at a Gambian police station.

This poor Foni son was assaulted by a Senegalese soldier at home. He stopped the soldier’s chicken punches who got angry and collected a group of fellow soldiers from Senegal to attack the Foni man. They destroyed the man’s house who later fled for his life into the forest.

6. Gambian trucks are set ablaze by Senegalese forces. Timber is constantly seized in Foni or around Foni by Senegalese occupying forces. Our Foni people live under Senegalese occupation with checkpoints while Fabakary and Rambo Jatta live in their comfort in Kombo without routinely confronting the Barrow gov’t.

7. The houses built by Yahya Jammeh in Kanilai are seized and occupied by Senegalese forces who keep stealing cattle from the local Foni people. When a cattle owner, an old man went searching for his lost animal, he was seized and detained by the Senegalese forces.

They forced him to “monkey-dance” in front of them for simply asking about his cow which they had slaughtered and were cutting into pieces for consumption. All these atrocities were happening to the core supporters of APRC. But what did Rambo and Fabkary Tombong Jatta do except support Barrow to persecute poor Foninkas.
