Cham retorts, “I am shocked and saddened by the revelations made by the Education minister Claudiana Cole regarding newly built schools by the Barrow administration.”

 

“It is a shame that our leaders like the Education minister can fake us by falsely glorifying the government and claiming  achievements that have not been realized.”

 

“Apart from the Gambia College School of Education annex in Basse, can the minister tell Gambians which school has the Barrow administration built? Absolutely none. So why is she lying to the public?”

 

“Even the Basse college was sponsored by MRC Holland Foundation. This means the Barrow has not built any school. So, why is she lying to us through NPP media?”

 

“This is political dishonesty. Gambians should wake up. The Education Ministry is one of the institutions that is suffering from backwardness under the current government.”

 

“Even scholarships are not provided to the students, teachers are complaining of low earning and unpaid salaries, etc.”

 

“It is high time we hold government to account and stop the propaganda,” Cham concludes.
