Lamin Sanneh the former Regional Governor of West Coast Region (WCR), has been redeployed to his former office as regional governor of WCR, by the barrow led coalation government. Mr Sanneh is a native of Sibanor Village Foni Bintang West coast Region.

Governor Sanneh, until his recent redeployment served as Permanent Secretary (PS) at Ministry of Local Government and Lands, Director of Prisons Administration and later moved to the Office of the President (OP) as PS

He replaces Governor Bakary Sanyang who has been newly appointed as the Ombudsman of The Gambia. Sanyang was a former Commissioner General of the Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA).

The Gambia president is busy changing position to find a way out for the upcoming 2021 Presidential elections. More times ahead for the country.
