Revered sources say there is a severe mistrust between Barrow and some cabinet ministers as well as top government officials as his transition government comes to an end on January 19th 2020. Our sources further put that last Thursday, the president refused to invite some ministers for cabinet deliberations .

“We’re flabbergasted about this move by President Barrow because everyone is wondering what’s going on with Barrow and  his cabinet ministers. One thing I know is there’s total mistrust in the government regarding the three Year’s  Jotna,” a source mentioned.

In another development, some senior Barrow advisers have advised the president to replace VP Isatou Touray from her position. Sources said the advisers were worried the VP would cause serious damage to Barrow’s presidency if she is not dispensed with before too late.

 “The VP is not in the good books of Barrow’s advisers and supporters. They’re accusing her of inciting violence within communities mostly. Her  utterances in the public domain can ruin Barrow’s support base,” insider said.

We reported earlier that VP Touray was on the verge of replacement. As usual, our report saved her a few more months thanks to the government’s antithetical wont to our coverage. In the event we report that pigs and elephants do not fly, we will nonchalantly look forward to the chagrined administration’s exhortation that, indeed, they had seen some pigs in the sky, not only with wings but Lufthansa crafts.
