We have received tips that president Barrow and his staff were watching and laughing while being fed live videos of the police brutalizing and fiercely tear-gassing the youths who were simply demanding the release of their colleagues.”

Chronology:
1- Barrow personally told interior Minister Abdoulie Sanyang and IGP Seedy Touray to “Show them fire [and] with tear gas to Gala and the affiliate youths,” forGambia was informed Tuesday.
2- Ministers and some NPP bigwigs led by Seedy Njie last night reportedly visited Magistrate Touray’s house to celebrate his sentencing of the youths to Mile 2.
3- Interior Minister Abdoulie Sanyang allegedly remarked, “send them to jail and let them rot there.”
4-Sulayman Camara complained bitterly to Barrow about Alieu Khan (of What-On-Gambia). Camara allegedly said Alieu [sic] lives in the UK and Finland. “Sir, we should do something about these trouble-makers,” he allegedly mentioned.
4-Barrow said he’ll take action by writing protests letters to media houses and individuals inciting violence in The Gambia in their foreign countries of residence.
