The Real Reason Yakumba is Being Targetted…

VP Touray staring at Hon. Yakumba Jaiteh

Ya Kumba Jaiteh is a very potential vice-presidential candidate for the UDP or any opposition alliance. You can’t compare this young lady to Dr. Isatou Touray when it comes to patriotism, level-headedness, and principle!

But targeting Ousainou Darboe isn’t enough for the ungrateful Barrow camp. They have to target anything that adds to his strength. YaKumba has been a nemesis to the Barrow cartel we call a government. Besides, this is the lady who, earlier beat them at the courts!

But this write-up can’t be long. Remember when we published that some prominent Gambians and activists were being targeted by the Barrow camp for various forms of set-up including drug-related ones? Yes, we did indeed call each and everyone in that list, except one, to tell them of the government’s intentions.

We spoke to Madi Jobarteh and warned him. We spoke to Pa Modou Bojang and warned him. We spoke to Dr. Ismaila Ceesay and warned him. We spoke to Momodou Sabally and warned him. We publish that story in July 2020 here:

Before that, we did speak to Hon. Yakumba Jaiteh at length about various issues in The Gambia today. The lady is razor-sharp—a trait quite antithetical to both Barrow and his masters’ litmus for the kind of Gambians they want to work with!

They want dumb and unthinking Gambians—those who’ll only say “Yes sir! Yes sir!” Unfortunately, we could not call every Gambian and inform them. Please, let every Gambian say no to paper-ballot voting and stress on-the-spot-counting!

Barrow, Macky Sall, and France are on steroids to swallow Gambia even if they have to shoot us all or nullify our election results! Remember, they have stolen our military equipment and shipped them to Dakar! Please, how many times have we been informing Gambians about these crooks and their plans?
