On October 19th 2025, we reported that a Macky Sall official escaped through Gambia to settle in France. Our story mentioned numerous foreign nationals the Barrow gov’t issued Gambian diplomatic passports to despite not being Gambian or even remotely connected to the country’s thoroughfare.

We never established forGambia News for vainglory. But it has been brought to our humble attention that certain media houses have been recycling our stories without giving credit. Just like the 25 Gambia gov’t officials denied U.S visas a month ago, we broke convulsive scoops that quaked the corrupt Barrow cabal.

We don’t have time to even run this paper. Today, our professional engagements are far from journalism. Since day one, we stated that we would only publish when possible due to uncharitable time.

We are warning those media outlets to desist. We never intend to make a dime or butut from this humble site. But it’s been our naive conviction that we exist in a media fraternity and eco-system of civil reciprocity only to realize jealousy and paranoia from few sister establishments.

Our wont isn’t a duel with any Gambian press. It is with Adama Barrow and his venal legion. We have been sitting on an ultra-serious, extremely damaging scoop on Adama Barrow’s family that could set him emergently tachycardic. We never publish a pixel on it! Others would sprint to press if opportuned.

When our story on U.S visa denial of 25 Gambia gov’t officials went volcanic, it took days for some media houses to report it. Our story came out on September 18th. Others reported it days later. When it made it to New York Times, they could only wish it bore their patent.

We will continue to exercise restraint for now. But if anyone dares throw down the gauntlet, ‘Wollaahi’ you’ll regret why you were born Insha Allaah! We repeat, you’ll regret why you were born, insha Allaah! Some of you cherish reporting gossip about people’s private life. We have a dossier on you, under high-pressured fossils in your dresser.

When Rambo Jatta was caught red-handed offering money to Alhajie Sanyang, we reported it from connected sources. Some weird media house we’ve always viewed from a fraternal vista cut part of our story verbatim and made it its own without a shred of credit. Again, we intend not to make a Butut from this site.

When five Senegalese family members were murdered in an arson attack in Denver, Colorado, we reported it before any Gambian media. Alack! A sister medium later reported it stale and still, but dared to lie that they got it from NY Times.

So, NY Times, which often requires a subscription to access its articles informed you? And you never saw it from forGambia earlier? Like seriously? If you really need competition, please seek it from other pastures. We don’t have time.

On September 29th 2025, we broke the news that things weren’t right at GPA between staff association and management over unfair salary increase for the big dogs. Weeks later, the same vulture outlets rushed on our scoop and are still devouring its carcass.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. We understand, verily that shame is for only the righteous. Even college kids understand the seriousness of plagiarism. Please stop plagiarizing and recycling our stories!

We don’t want to name you right now. But we will later if you push the provocation with abandon. And war is an ugly game. We don’t want to engage you to a point where your readership will have to judge you. We have very nasty personal vignettes on each of you.

If you think we are boasting, here is a challenge: please recycle even a nucleotide’s weight of scoop from us anymore without crediting. We don’t care for numbers. We report substance and what will better our country to posterity.

And boastful of followers? We have enough cookies for you! Publishing isn’t about numbers or gossip. It’s to help society, governments, and civilizations think critically to make informed choices and decisions. To do this, you need depth, integrity, inspiration, and cutting-edge mentation.

Barrow and his inveterate ways have been destroying Gambia. We used to be on Freedom Radio before anyone else, as the only canary in the coal mine when most of you so-called “popular” outets were cerebrally deficient to fathom what was blatant in the contours.

Today, you’re jumping like a freed bunny from a rattled cage, as if you actually pioneered calling out the rotten regime. To be able to hit the bull’s eye in reporting, you have to understand what is seminal to the national quest with a streak of patriotism.

And if you chase fame and recognition, you seldom catch them. We never asked the Times to carry our story. We never needed to. But keep spending your precious time on girls and ‘Jekks‘ instead of studying and see if your IQ urges you to bull’s eye coverage.

What begeteth a cormorant mind for fame and name but shame and lame game of blame? What is hard in according credit to merit? We covet not these. Some of you know this as you personally know the editor of this paper. Please we beseech you don’t trigger us! We utilize the Chinese philosophy of laying low and be deemed underdog until a serpentine strike! Cheerio!

Note: The above warning doesn’t apply to Facebook users that share our stories. And we thank Kerr Fatou, Mengbe Kering, Voice Gambia, and many others for the professionalism. For these never steal our articles. Please keep it up!
