Reader, we write not much for this editorial. But we wail the dire state-of-affairs in a motherland where a man, amidst exhausted firemen attacks a raging fire with a poor bucket of water. While that happens, the government that is supposed to serve him and his people spends millions on water cannon trucks, specially purchased against humans, and certainly not fires! The firemen, on Sunday at a Kanifing gas plant ran out of simple water and equipment!
