An African American woman, living in The Gambia, benefiting from our hospitality, peace, beautiful weather, natural, organic fruits, vegetables, business opportunities, and freedom from police brutality or the menace from gang-bangers has been attacking Gambians in her YouTube videos many have now seen. She goes by the name Art Cathey.

We bring to you a perfect response from a Gambian young woman. She is Mariama Konteh who runs the YouTube Channel “Sibo Yaa.” In this exclusive interview Monday evening, we asked Mariama about her fitting response to Art Cathey’s insolent rants against Gambians, saying Gambian women eat unhealthily and die young.

Art Cathey also believes Gambians speak broken English and she belongs to the “New masters” arriving from the West. She believes Gambians live with their goats. Mariama Sibo Yaa gave an excellent response to such outrageous comments in her YouTube video. We bring her to forGambia Radio for a special interview.

It has been our belief at forGambia that Art Cathey is either mentally-sick, or ill-mannered like some of the ghetto-rats or hood rats with very poor impulse controls. If not, then she is working for enemies of Black unity.

We have seen how some hidden forces tried to pit South Africans against other Africans to the extent that Nigerians were chased out of the country recently. Some African American woman was also killed in Ghana not long ago. All these are happening at a time Africans are trying to come together, both at home and from abroad to rebuild the continent.

In fact, a road from Cape Town to the Sahara has been on the agenda in an economic and trade unity for the continent. A common, one single currency has also been discussed, the ECO being a bright example if not for France’s suspicious moves. But the enemies of African unity want perpetual warfare, hatred, and division among Africans both at home and in the diaspora.

It won’t be surprising to us if Art Cathey is an agent provocateur on a campaign to drive a wedge among indigenous Africans and our brethren in the diaspora. These are some of the areas of discussion with the sagacious Mariama Conteh, a Gambian in Seattle.
