- Pay the closest attention to foreign nationals; wait for IEC to release electorate list for each constituency.
- Gambia is too small and we all should know one another by name, family, street location, even bloodline.
- The opposition should have a representative in every street, constituency, but most importantly, our “Kaabilo” or “Kogn.”
- A Guinean, Senegalese, or any other foreign national cannot, and we repeat, cannot live in our little “Kaabilo” and then register under that Kaabilo’s name without one Gambian knowing s/he has illegally obtained Gambian documents!
- Let opposition representatives in every street or “Kogn” look for names on the IEC list and like a school exam paper, study and question every doubtful name; consult one another and report to party executives.
- The biggest one: on election day, take photographs of any suspicious foreigner in the line to vote.
- If the gov’t comes with a pre-emptive law to ban cellphones on election day, we all march in the streets! We’re not asking anyone to go into the polling booth with a cellphone. Any voter can have his phone before entering the booth. This should be a well-coordinated collaboration, not a one-man effort.
- Please give your cell phone with pictures of a suspicious foreign national to another person in the line while you cast your ballot.
- If possible, immediately post pictures or other evidence material on your WhatsApp or any social media platform. We are at war with “Shayateens,” (demons) and human sacrificers who will exhaust every avenue to cheat us our future and our children’s future!
- Please let’s not take any chances for this election or see it lightly. It’s our only hope! Most importantly, let all viable opposition parties unite! Please do it for your children! And you don’t have enough time!
