The APRC executive should be the first to learn simple lessons from this if they really want to help themselves. Fatoumata Jawara was speaking at Barrow’s tour in Ebo Town when Hamat Bah rushed to the podium and stopped her. Her remarks were a sacrilege in the scriptures of Macky Sall and Adama Barrow. 

Chapter 1, verse 1 of that scripture reads: “Not only should Yahya Jammeh be banned from ever returning to Gambia, but no Gambian leader should be allowed to be nationalistic, patriotic, or even think like him!” The lady could be heard talking back to Hamat, with all indications that she wasn’t leaving the podium at that instance. She wanted to finish her point!

What point? The point that Barrow should bring back Jammeh, appoint him as a defense skipper to tame Lawyer Ousainou Darboe. In Fatoumata’s low-IQ, Jammeh would agree and sing kumbaya. Jammeh understands Gambia, Senegalese, and the subregion’s politics far better than both Barrow and Macky Sall.

Senegal and Macky Sall never want a nationalistic and patriotic Gambian to lead our country. Fatoumata Jawara doesn’t understand this. But Hamat Bah does. In fact, Hamat and other Barrow henchmen have houses or businesses in Dakar.

These are the people behind Gambia’s suffering today. They are the reason our hospitals don’t have the basic supplies. They are the reason our sisters, aunts, and other women are dying in hospitals simply because our funds are diverted to their private pockets.

These are the very reason Senegalese drivers use vans to run over our Gambian checkpoint security officers on Gambian soil. They are the reason our minors are arrested and detained in Senegalese territory for simply following an agreement between the two countries.

Hamat Bah, Adama Barrow, Isatou Touray, and their lot are merely puppets of Macky Sall. And Macky Sall’s biggest nightmare in foreign policy has historically been Gambia’s Yahya Jammeh or whoever thinks like him.

Sall hates a rise of nationalism in The Gambia. Mandinka’s are historically very nationalistic. Remember, Sheriff Dibba was always against the building of the Yelli-Tenda Bamba Tenda bridge for a very serious reason. He never wanted Gambia to be exploited the way it is being today!

And Jawara told the British Gambia should be independent from Senegal since 1965 when Senegal sent a delegation to London asking the Brits to handover Gambia to them. Most of the anti-Mandinka venom you see right now in this election year is from people that are working with Senegal and Macky Sall’s agents, or just simply don’t want to see a Mandinka president!

In fact, they tried to create a tribal war in The Gambia just for them to stay in our country indefinitely! This is why the opposition parties and all tribes should come together and reclaim our dear country from Adama Barrow and Macky Sall.

And Fatoumata’s anger at the UDP shows the Barrow camp is seriously desperate. The APRC should understand that Barrow has been using them against the UDP. Two opposition parties should never fight. Your common enemy is Adama Barrow and Macky Sall.
