Our doors were still being knocked again for the information that President Barrow’s dogs were actually looking for Fatou-Saine Sabally in Chairman Yankuba Darboe’s Thursday crowd in Banjul as the latter arrived to answer a historically bogus court call. Fatou-Saine is the wife of Kebba Sabally in Finland. The couple has been archetypical in the anti-Barrow cast since his infamous veer off the opposition United Democratic Party’s course.
A tip-off we received Friday morning says Barrow’s dogs had some identification issues of their targeted Gambians and UDP stalwarts at Thursday’s fracas where Ramou sabally was seriously assaulted by one Babou Jeng (picture above), a paramilitary officer. Jeng was believed to be a resident of Brikama.
We hope to chronicle profiles of these animals for future uses now that the Barrow gov’t routinely attacks innocent civilians with abandon. This editor, a Brikama native will welcome any tips about Babou Jeng for publication!
They thought Fatou-Saine, bearing a Sabally last name shares a blood relation with Momodou Sabally, Ramou Sabally’s brother, according to close sources. Sulayman Camara, a so-called cyber adviser to president Barrow was allegedly playing a key role in identifying Gambians perceived to be anti-Barrow. “They have pictures of so many people,” a confidant stated.
Some diaspora Gambians and key UDP firebrands, including Abubacarr Jammeh, son of former minority leader Kemeseng Jammeh were at the fracas scene Thursday. Police commissioner Patteh Jallow could be seen placing his hands on Jammeh while speaking in a good-cop-bad-cop trick. But Fatou Saine was no where near!
Meanwhile, a special trap was allegedly set up for popular Mengbe Kering staff by Barrow’s attack curs. Our sources alleged they were specially waiting for Pa Modou Bojang and Adama Fadera who were no where to be seen. We will contact Fatou Saine-Sabally, her husband Kebba Sabally as well as Pa Modou Bojang’s team in due course for their reaction. Due to time constraints, we could not immediately undertake some of our plans.
Fatou-Saine is no stranger to this medium as isn’t Pa Modou Bojang and his popular Mengbe Kering team. In fact, Fatou Saine was our guest on the radio here in the run up to the 2021 presidential election. She was invited together with Jarrai Sanneh, daughter of former Finance Minister Amadou Sanneh to delve into Barrow’s failed campaign promises. We continue to apologize to our readership that this isn’t our profession, thus the hiatus in publications. Adama Barrow and his co-religionists are very lucky because of that!
