Since Mr. Emmanuel Joof and his team including Gambia Media Commission’s Emil Touray and Ababacar Cham tried a “mediation” effort between Ba Tambadou and Mustapha K. Darboe thanks to the latter’s revered work of exposing diabolical corruption and injustice, we deem it imperative to remind both the NHRC and MCG to try the same goodwill between Amie Bensouda and Mamadi Kurang.

As mentioned before, we have never seen a mediation between an article’s publication and the subject or object of revelation in the author’s work—unless if there is some sacred cow phenomenon in The Gambia! If there was anything special about Ba Tambadou, the three Amigos’ alleged meeting with Mustapha for his canonical revelations only adds more to this belief. And ‘special’ here doesn’t signify its literal sense, but rather contextual inference of “favoritism” or “cronyism.”

Isn’t it time some elite cartoon characters in our Gambia realize that nobody wins against truth and its receptacles? The corrupt elite of France in the 1800s changed the electoral rules to allow only the rich to vote in designated constituencies to guarantee themselves fixed ballots. It triggered the July revolution in France where the King had to flee. Gambia is at a juncture where they keep removing the goal post whenever the poor are about to score.

Can’t you see Mustapha K. Darboe’s is revered for exposing wicked and corrupt practices of the Gambian bourgeoisies and sacred financial titans? Can’t you see the continued corrupt ways of that same favored group has only been making each sentence or utterance of Mustapha K. Darboe somewhat scriptural in the hearts of many Gambian plebeian?

So, here is a simple assignment for our respected “Three Amigos” that launched a “mediation” and also went to “Peter the Hermit:” Please this is the right time and right place for mediation between Amie Bensouda and Mamadi Kurang. None of these wrote any expose or article to raise a gale! Both are ordinary citizens—more like big sister and little brother. But if you refuse this humble request, we can only leave you with this:
