President Adama Barrow is said to be on his final stage to relocate his family to Senegal and the United States. All these measures by the president are geared towards avoiding any reprisals against his family members as the Three Years Jotna ultimatum draws near. “We’re surprised with the number of passports we’re authorized to work on in preparing their respective visas,” a pivotal source told forGambia Saturday.

 Barrow’s mother, two aunts and his brother and wives will relocate to Senegal while his immediate family will resettle in Seattle where Barrow is said to be owning a house. The security situation in The Gambia is fragile and no one knows what comes next, our sources say.

Despite the presence of a regional force EcomiG, the December agitation group in earlier statements vowed to match to the streets to demand Barrow to step down this December.

Meanwhile, UDP’s Ousainou Darboe returns to The Gambia on Tuesday, the 22nd of October “if all goes well as planned,” other sources informed forGambia. The fanfare base of the UDP has been preparing a remarkable welcome for their longtime leader.
