In her words, No-Alliance movement is in the wrong, not her. “They fielded a candidate against Yankuba Darboe and today they’re saying Yankuba Darboe is a good man, when did it get so dark that we can’t recognize one another?” she charged.

The above expression usually talks about people who forgot those they jointly fought a battle with, only to jettison those same colleagues just like Barrow did to the UDP and Amie Colley did to the No-Alliance movement.

With a list of gifts she claimed to have brought to Foni, Colley advised Foninkas to vote for the NPP councilor she called, “My uncle Colley Badgie Bassen.” When did Colley become Badjie Bassen?

Jolas never attach “Bassen” to any Colley. Bassen is a customary suffix for Badjie while Colley goes with Jimaareh or Nyassi. So, was our sister under pressure or some weird influence to confuse these basics?

She added, “We never had a car. But today we all have cars from Adama Barrow’s gov’t. Which opposition law maker returned that vehicle? None ever return those vehicles. We all received the cars.”

Colley went on, “Then if anybody would sympathize with the people of Foni, you’ll tell the truth to the people of Foni that no NAM should be in the legislature, no one should be in No Alliance group receiving money only to later come to deceive the people of Foni, telling them this gov’t is a bad one while in the National Assembly, benefiting from gov’t gifts.”

5. May 17, 2022 — Seven men reportedly shot during a drone incident. Duwa Badjie, a resident, reported that three people were shot and one died when hit by fire from a military drone believed to be operated by Senegalese forces stationed on the borderline.

10. December 2022: Six Foni boys hospitalized after sustaining injuries from gun wounds as a result of drone strikes from Senegaleses forces.
11. December 2022: Yankuba Badjie of Foni was killed in an aerial drone stike by Senegalese forces.

13. Numerous sons and daughters of Foni dismissed from their gov’t jobs by the Barrow administration since 2017.

15. In 2020, an old man in Foni went searching for his cattle. He found one of them being butchered by Senegalese forces at their military camp. He asked a simple question and he was kidnapped, detained, and asked to do “Monkey-dance.”

And here you are, shameless and worthless Amie Colley, joining the oppressors that have been oppressing and killing your people—our people. Worse, you want Foni people to vote for these oppressors and devil worshipers?

See those NPP supporters clapping for you today in the above video? Those same people will run away and distance themselves from you tomorrow insha Allaah. They will even distance themselves from Barrow. 

And Barrow will distance himself from himself. Nobody will want to associate with him. As for the killers and enablers of killers of Foni citizens, they will say the order came from the top. Please look at the ‘Junglars’ today and learn. You are in the wrong camp, Amie!
